Automation Personnel Services is looking for aWarehouseShippingReceivingClerkfor a company based in Oldsmar, FL. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for performing an array of such as logininventory, final inspection, packaging, and shipping functions.

Pay Rate:

1st shift - $15.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours:

1st shift – Monday - Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm

ShippingReceiving ClerkDuties and Responsibilities:

• Receive material into SAP inventory for all incoming shipments by verifying part number, purchase order, quantity, batch number, and revision level.
• Unpack, pack,and examine incoming shipments,anddamaged items, record shortages, and communicate discrepancies to the Buyer/Planner to resolve damages and shortages.
• Process shipment documentation, maintain shipping logs,andinspectcompleted orders.
• Prepare and print shipping labels corresponding to shipping needs.
• Use shipping software such asFedExandUPS,and other computer systems to receive and track inventory.
• Maintains inventory accuracy by following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

ShippingReceiving ClerkQualifications & Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of Shipping and Receiving experience in manufacturing.
• Previous experiencein electronic shipping software, such asShippingEasy,ShipStation, and MS. Office.
• In-depth knowledge of logistics and shipping documentation.
• Analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to lift 50 pounds consistently (in-office lifting test provided).
