RG3 Robert Griffin III first came to prominence playing college football, most notably in winning the Heisman Trophy in 2011.

A second overall pick of the Washington Redskins in the 2012 NFL Draft, Griffin entered the NFL with a lot of hype.
He showed flashes of greatness in his maiden season and his debut had seen him lauded, with some column inches devoted to talk of how he might win the NFL MVP.

While he enjoyed a fast start, Griffin found himself adjusting to the rigors of the NFL. This changed his career trajectory as the Redskins handled his development and seam to seam tear through NFL defenses under a crushing weight of having to carry the team.
