For those who may have forgotten, Assassin’s Creed is the next Universes Beyond set on the release calendar. While the set is structured similarly to the historically controversial Aftermath Boosters, this is something we’ve technically never seen before. It will be interesting to see how this product is received.

For those who want to know everything about the upcoming Assassin’s Creed set, previews are kicking off this week! While spoiler season may not be officially starting, here’s where you can find some early MTG Assassin’s Creed spoilers!

IGN Live

Announced recently on Reddit, Magic: the Gathering will be appearing at IGN Live. Hosted in Los Angeles, Magic will be appearing at the event sometime between June 7th and June 9th.

It is officially confirmed that MTG Assassin’s Creed spoilers will be appearing at IGN Live this weekend. These will take the stage alongside some other exciting announcements for games and franchises like Marvel Snap, Star Trek, Borderlands, and more. This has been confirmed by the IGN community manager.

If you’re like us and are specifically looking for the MTG information being unveiled at this IGN live, there are a few specific dates and times you’ll want to know. IGN Live is a rather long event spanning three days, so knowing exactly when the MTG info will be spoiled should help you set some time aside if you want to catch it as quickly as you can.

Everything Magic: the Gathering to be revealed at IGN Live this weekend will occur at 11 am PST on Saturday, June 8th. If you’re interested in what spoilers will be unveiled for the newest Assassin’s Creed Universes Beyond crossover, this is likely where you’ll find them. Assassin’s Creed: What We Know

If you’re excited about the upcoming Assassin’s Creed Universes Beyond crossover, there’s already a good amount we know about it. As we suggested before, Assassin’s Creed will endorse a similar pack structure to the infamous Epilogue Boosters, but there are some notable improvements. Dubbed ‘Beyond Boosters,’ you can open an additional rare in these packs. Set size has also been improved significantly compared to Epilogue Boosters, which should aid in the duplication issues seen with uncommons in that set.

Finally, perhaps the most important reminder about this set is that it is Modern legal. That means there could be an additional shakeup to the Modern format right after what is likely to be the most impactful Modern set for years to come. Hopefully, Assassin’s Creed can make its way onto Magic Online without a hitch. Past Universes Beyond crossovers have faced a series of issues.

Until Assassin’s Creed is knocking at our doorstep, however, it’s difficult to know exactly what to expect. For now, it’s startling that we already have a wave of Assassin’s Creed reveals on the same day as Modern Horizons 3 prerelease weekend. While most players will likely be out and about trying Modern Horizons 3 cards for the first time, if you don’t plan on making your way out on Saturday but have nothing else to do, it could be worth scouring the internet to see if these appear. Considering that IGN is running the event, we’d be surprised if they didn’t.
